Hemos viajado en famila ,haciendo el tour de 5 días al desierto...nuestro guía, Said...ha sido más que un guia- conductor ..nos ha cuidado mucho,es super detallista y buen conductor ..ha estado atento a todas nuestras peticiones y nos ha enseñado muchos lugares inolvidables...Muy Buen Profesional y mejor persona..Gracias Said. Desde mi primer contacto con Mila al hacer la reserva, que estuvo en contacto conmigo, como portavoz de mi grupo, desde mucho antes de empezar el viaje respondiendo a todas mis dudas y más! La organización absolutamente perfecta, los hoteles muy bien en general y mención especial a hotel Nomad del desierto, que era una auténtica belleza, así como el campamento de las jaimas. El desayuno y cena que están incluidos en el precio nos parecieron muy buenos y gracias a los buenos consejos y atención de nuestro guía Mohamed , la comida del mediodía, que no estaba incluida resultó perfecta también. Mohamed merece un apartado especial en mis comentarios, ya que hizo que el viaje resultase muy divertido y nos sintiésemos con él como si fuese de nuestra familia. Es una persona entrañable y muy conocedora de su tierra, con lo que las explicaciones que nos daba nos parecían interesantísimas. Gracias a él pudimos entender mejor la forma de vida de la gente del desierto. Impresionante todo lo que vimos. Aunque el viaje hasta el desierto desde Marrakech es bastante largo y con tramos de carretera de montaña con muchas curvas ( la carretera es muy buena y nueva, que nadie se asuste) Mohamed hizo que se nos hiciera mucho más corto. Es un grandísimo conductor. Como él dice, si aprendes a conducir por la dunas todo lo demás es fácil. Animo a todos los que quieran visitar el desierto de Marruecos no duden en hacerlo con ellos. Fue una experiencia única e inolvidable con Mohammed , nuestro guía, siempre amable, siempre dando explicaciones oportunas, concisas y claras. Respondiendo a cualquier duda o pregunta .y siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos .Comentar también que es un excelente conductor. Los hoteles seleccionados están muy bien . Las jaimas del desierto son muy buenas y tienen mucho encanto y baño y ducha privado .Nuestro hotel en el desierto fue el Nomad Palace y era maravilloso en cuanto a ubicación, restauración ,personal, animación y alojamiento. Las comidas también . Se nota que esta empresa tiene experiencia por que está todo bien organizado y planificado. Como critica constructiva ,sugeriría que pusieran un altavoz o un micro al guía /conductor en la furgoneta porque los que van sentados en la última fila no oyen las explicaciones del guía, por estar muy alejados de él . Nuria FNovember 9, 2025From Fez to the desert Decidimos hacer un viaje de amigas para conocer Marruecos, nos dejamos aconsejar por Ismael, nuestro guia, que nos planificó el viaje segun nuestros gustos. Comenzamos en Marrackech, nos preparó una visita guiada para conocer la cuidad y despues tuvimos tiempo libre que aprovechamos para ir al zoco y probar puestos de comida. El siguiente dia mos pusimos rumbo al desierto, haciendo paradas por el camino para conocer Ouarzazate, Dades, las gargantas del Todra… En el desierto hicimos varias actividades, quads, visitar mercados, contemplar atardeceres, visitar a los nomadas, en fin, nos encantó. Tenemos pensado repetir experiencia para seguir conociendo Marruecos y seguro será con ViajesDesierto, experiencia totalmente recomendable para todo el mundoPublished on TripAdvisor

Our guide was Ahmed, and from the very first moment he made sure we were comfortable and told us everything we needed to know about the places we were going to. Thanks to him, the trip was very enjoyable and fun. He's a really great guy. The desert was an incredible experience. We went on a camel trek and rode quad bikes to see the sunrise; it was one of the best experiences of our lives. Todas las actividades fueron increíbles: los muchos lugares que visitamos en el coche, el paseo en camello, la noche en el desierto, el amanecer mientras montábamos en quad… Y sobretodo destacar a nuestro conductor Ahmed, que nos acompañó tan bien que durante unos días parecía que en vez de guiarnos estaba viajando con nosotros. Una gran persona, preocupado por tu comodidad y seguridad, dispuesto a vivir la experiencia contigo como si fuera uno más, curioso hacia tus inquietudes y con interés por conocerte a ti y a tu país y también por enseñarte el suyo. A Mi viaje con ViajesDesierto.com fue, sinceramente, una de las mejores experiencias que he vivido. Desde el primer momento la atención fue excelente: Mila e Ismael estuvieron pendientes de cada detalle, resolviendo todas mis dudas y adaptando el recorrido exactamente a lo que yo buscaba.Durante el viaje todo estuvo perfectamente organizado: los traslados, los riads, el campamento en el desierto. jincluso los horarios encajaban a la perfección! Los conductores y guías hablaban español, eran amables y transmitían mucho sobre la cultura bereber y la vida en el desierto, lo que hizo la experiencia mucho más auténtica. El momento más mágico fue sin duda la noche en el desierto, bajo un cielo lleno de estrellas, con música, fuego y un silencio que no se olvida. Un local maravilloso lleno de objetos que te transportan a lugares e historias infinitas. Pero lo mejor de todo, sin duda alguna, fue conocer a Ahmed y sentarnos a conversar con él. ¡Que persona tan fantástica!Estoy deseando volver y poder hacer una excursión al desierto, ya que esta vez no hemos tenido oportunidad. Carolina CastilloOctober 7, 2025La experiencia fue buenísima desde el principio, nos pasaron a buscar al aeropuerto, el trato fue buenísimo, nuestro conductor Ahmed fue lo mejor, iba a nuestro ritmo, nos complacía con la comida que queríamos comer, nos llevaba a donde queríamos, sin apuros, la experiencia es muy buena. Lo único que nos causó un poquito de apuro es que teníamos que pagar en efectivo y nosotros no viajamos con dinero en efectivo, pudimos solucionarlo con un western unión. The organization was absolutely perfect, the hotels were generally very good, and a special mention goes to the Nomad Desert Hotel, which was truly beautiful, as was the Berber tent camp. The breakfast and dinner, which were included in the price, were very good, and thanks to the excellent advice and attention of our guide, Mohamed, the lunch, which wasn't included, was also perfect. Mohamed deserves a special mention in my comments, as he made the trip so much fun and we felt like family. He's a very endearing person and incredibly knowledgeable about his region, so his explanations were fascinating. Thanks to him, we were able to better understand the way of life of the desert people. Everything we saw was breathtaking. Although the journey to the desert from Marrakech is quite long and includes stretches of winding mountain road (the road is very good and new, so don't worry), Mohamed made it seem much shorter. He's a fantastic driver. As he says, if you learn to drive on the dunes, everything else is easy. I encourage anyone wanting to visit the Moroccan desert to book with them. It was a unique and unforgettable experience with Mohammed, our guide, who was always friendly, always providing timely, concise, and clear explanations. He answered any questions we had and was always willing to help. He is also an excellent driver. The hotels we chose were very good. The desert tents were lovely and charming, with private bathrooms and showers. Our hotel in the desert was the Nomad Palace, and it was wonderful in terms of location, food, staff, entertainment, and accommodations. The meals were also excellent. It's clear this company has experience because everything is well-organized and planned. As constructive criticism, I would suggest providing a speaker or microphone for the guide/driver in the van because those sitting in the back row can't hear the guide's explanations due to being too far away. We took the advice of Ismael, our guide, who planned the trip according to our preferences. We started in Marrakech, where he gave us a guided tour of the city, and afterwards we had free time which we used to go to the souk and try different food stalls. The next day we headed towards the desert, stopping along the way to visit Ouarzazate, Dades, the Todra Gorge, and more. In the desert, we did several activities: quad biking, visiting markets, watching sunsets, visiting nomads—in short, we loved it. All the activities were incredible: the many places we visited by car, the camel ride, the night in the desert, the sunrise while riding quad bikes… And above all, a special mention to our driver, Ahmed, who was such a great companion that for a few days it felt like he was traveling with us rather than guiding us. A wonderful person, always concerned about our comfort and safety, willing to share the experience with us as if he were one of the group, curious about our concerns, and eager to learn about us and our country, as well as show us his own. From the very first moment, Ahmed made sure we were comfortable and gave us all the recommendations we needed to make the most of the trip. He's a lovely guy. For the entire three days, we felt like he was one of us. The desert was spectacular; we went on a camel trek and watched the sunrise on quad bikes. It was truly one of the best experiences we could have had. AMy trip with ViajesDesierto.com was, honestly, one of the best experiences I've ever had. From the very first moment, the service was excellent: Mila and Ismael were attentive to every detail, answering all my questions and tailoring the itinerary exactly to what I was looking for. During the trip, everything was perfectly organized: the transfers, the riads, the desert camp—even the schedules were perfect! The drivers and guides spoke Spanish, were friendly, and shared so much about Berber culture and desert life, which made the experience much more authentic. The most magical moment was undoubtedly the night in the desert, under a sky full of stars, with music, a campfire, and an unforgettable silence. A wonderful place filled with objects that transport you to countless places and stories. But the best part, without a doubt, was meeting Ahmed and sitting down to chat with him. What a fantastic person! I'm already looking forward to going back and taking a trip to the desert, since we didn't have the chance this time. They picked us up at the airport, the service was excellent, and our driver, Ahmed, was the best. He went at our pace, catered to our requests for food, and took us wherever we wanted, without any rush. The experience was very good. The only slight inconvenience was that we had to pay in cash, and we didn't travel with cash. We were able to resolve this with a Western Union transfer.
